Event Name: The 6th Meeting of Working Group on Sustainable Development Goals Indicators (WGSDGI6)
Event Date & Place: 27-28 July 2023, at BPS-Statistics Indonesia, Jakarta, Indonesia (hybrid)
The meeting discussed the enhancement of ASEAN SDG indicators by strengthening the ASEAN SDG indicators database focusing on data availability and accuracy, the implementation of WGSDGI workplan and partnership between ASEAN member states (AMS) in the context of ASEAN-Help-ASEAN Framework (AHAF).
The meeting appreciated Thailand for its excellent chairmanship of WGSDGI during the period of 2022-2023 and welcomed the chairmanship of Cambodia for 2024-2025.
